MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

If you live in a rural area be aware that your tracking number will say delivered with a signature that isn't yours. This is due to being delivered to a 3rd party courier to be delivered to your address

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping for men's grooming can 4 to 15 days for NZ an Aus. and 4 to 7 for USA, Canada and the UK.

For Men' accessories shipping is 15 to 30 days for NZ and Aus. and 7 to 10 for USA, Canada and the UK

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You should receive an email confirmation once the order ships from our warehouse. Domestic orders should include tracking information, including the tracking URL for you to easily reference. International orders will only have tracking information if you opted for Tracked & Signed Shipping.
